Apple Crumble
Warm baked apples under a buttery oat crumble topping.

Ingredients
- 700 g apples · peeled and sliced
- 40 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 120 g plain flour
- 80 g rolled oats
- 100 g butter · cold and cubed
- 70 g brown sugar · for topping

- A mix of tart and sweet apples gives better flavour.

Prepare the apples
Toss apple slices with sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.

Spread the apples evenly in a baking dish.
