Beef Tacos
Quick beef tacos with warmly spiced mince, crisp lettuce, tomato and a fresh lime finish.

Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion · finely chopped
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup lettuce · shredded
- 2 tomatoes · diced
- 80 g cheddar · grated
- 1 lime

Cook the onion
Heat oil and cook the onion until softened.
